  On New Year’s Eve alcohol may be sold from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day

   

  An additional hour to the standard times on the day when British Summertime commences

   

  Credit Sales

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal

  Mandatory conditions for Club Premises with off sales

  1)               The supply of alcohol for consumption off the club premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises

  2)               Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container

  That any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person

• Non standard timings

   

  1        On Christmas Eve the sale/supply of alcohol will be permitted until 00.00 hours (midnight)

  2.   On New Year’s Eve regulated entertainment will be and the sale/supply of alcohol will be permitted until 00.30 hours the following day

  1        Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable

  2        The fire alarm, emergency lighting system and electrical installation shall be tested on a regular basis, at a frequency determined by a competent person. Certificates should be issued showing the results of the tests. The certificates shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable

  3        All doors or gates both inside and outside the premises which are on an escape route shall be fitted only with approved fasteners and shall at all times be properly maintained, free from obstruction and be capable of being opened easily and fully so that they do not restrict the public leaving the premises and shall open in the direction of the escape route

  4.   Other than 1 Gaming Machine (the machine will be in full view of the bar and supervised by the steward, bar staff and committee personnel and use will be restricted to persons over the age of 18; appropriate restriction notices will be displayed adjacent to the machine) there will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
