Embedded Conditions
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence
Offered Conditions

1 All staff will be trained in legal conditions for making alcohol sales and will sign to agree that they have been trained and understood instructions before they sell any alcohol. The personal licence holder will give training
2 A named personal licence holder will authorise the sale
3 Management will liaise with campus security to ensure that operations meet overall campus security requirements
4 There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly
Full staff training will be given on sales of items such as cigarettes, alcohol, and solvents. There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
