Offered Conditions
1. A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
2. Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another personal licence holder will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises
3. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
4. Any outside area, which is used for the consumption of alcohol, shall cease to be so used at 23.30 hours
5. The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours
6. Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable.
7. The front entrance doors which form part of the escape route open against the direction of travel. They shall be locked in the open position by a tamper-proof fastening when ever there are public on the premises.
8. The fire alarm, emergency lighting system and electrical installation shall be tested on a regular basis, at a frequency determined by a competent person. Certificates should be issued showing the results of the tests. The certificates shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable.
9. There may be a cigarette machine in that part of the bar reserved for over 18s but otherwise there will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.

All staff and management will be trained in the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003, especially the core principles of the licensing objectives as per below.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Staff trained in drug awareness.
No irresponsible drinks promotions.
Monitor all outside areas during and at the end of services.
Public safety
Staff are trained in evacuation and fire safety.
Regular testing of fire and emergency equipment.
Regular safety checks of equipment, floors and furnishings.
The prevention of public nuisance
Sign placed above the door asking customers to leave quietly, and in an orderly manner, with respect for local residents.
Windows and doors closed at appropriate times.
Calling taxis for customers to ensure they are moved off the premises quickly and quietly.
The protection of children from harm
Premises are a user of the ‘Prove It’ scheme.
Garden area is monitored regularly by staff.
No children are permitted on the premises after 9p.m. daily.
