Offered Conditions
1. At times when the designated premises supervisor is away from the premises on holiday or anticipates being away for an extended period of time then another personal licence holder shall be nominated in writing by the designated premises supervisor to be responsible for the premises in their absence. However in the event that no other personal licence holder is available then a non-personal licence holder shall be nominated in writing by the designated premises supervisor to be responsible for the premises in their absence provided that the nominated person has been made available for interview by the police licensing unit in respect of such a position and the police do not object to the proposal
2. In the event of doorstaff being employed at the premises the designated premises supervisor will maintain a daily record comprising of the following: start time and finish time of each door supervisor. The door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty. The record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced on request to the police or other authorised person
3. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
4. The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours
5. No entry to or re-entry to the premises one hour prior to the terminal hour by members of the public or by any guests or friends of members of staff or the premises licence holder
6. Free drinking water to be made available at all times from the bar
7. All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency
8. There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly
9. Any Gaming Machines at the premises to be positioned within sight of the bar servery in order that supervision can be given to those playing on such. There will be no other adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.

Using toughened glasses where possible.
A maximum capacity of 200 be applicable to the premises.
Use SIA registered door supervisors on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Not having any irresponsible drinks promotions which may encourage binge drinking.
All members of staff concerned with sales of alcohol will be trained in relation to sales of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.
A Zero Tolerance Drugs Policy is in place.
Pre-opening safety checks will be carried out at the premises before each trading session.
Be a member and active supporter/participant of the local Pub Watch Scheme.
Using a radio link/pager connected to other licensed premises.
CCTV is installed internally.
All members of the management will be trained in all relation to all of the Licensing Objectives so as to prevent crime,disorder,public nuisance,and promote public safety and the protection of children from harm.
c) Public safety
A maximum capacity of 200 to be applicable to the premises.
SIA registered door supervisors are to be used on Friday and Saturday evenings until close at the entrance to the premises to ensure that the maximum capacity is not exceeded.
When door supervisors are employed at the premises the maximum capacity will be checked using "clickers" at the entrance.
Maintaining emergency exits and emergency escape routes to ensure that these can be used at all times.
Pre-opening safety checks of the premises.
Annual testing and inspection of the Gas Installation at the premises by a qualified engineer.
Annual testing and inspection of the Electrical Installation at the premises by a qualified engineer.
Annual testing and inspection of the Emergency Lighting at the premises by a qualified engineer.
Annual testing and inspection of the Fire Alarm at the premises by a qualified engineer.
All escape routes and exits maintained so as not to cause hindrance in the event of evacuation.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
Doors and windows to be kept closed when entertainment is in progress, except for access/egress.
Persons who consistently cause a disturbance outside the premises either before or after entry to be banned from the premises and in accordance with the management practices and Admissions Policy.
Door supervisors are instructed to ensure customers do not leave with bottles or glasses.
Signs posted at the exits reminding customers to leave quietly and with respect for local residents.
e) The protection of children from harm
Any S.34 gaming machines at the premises are positioned within sight of the bar servery in order that full supervision can be given as to those playing on such.
All members of staff concerned with sales of alcohol will be trained in relation to sales of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.
