1 A personal licence holder shall be on the premises from 20.00 hours at all times during which a private function is held where the sale of alcohol exceeds the time of 00.00 hours (midnight) except in the case of an emergency
2 A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
3 To maintain and operate a CCTV system, and retain the recorded images for a maximum of 31 days and any such recordings shall be made available to the police at their request
4 The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours
5 Each day before the premises are opened for any purpose authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable.
6 The fire alarm, emergency lighting system and electrical installation shall be tested on a regular basis, at a frequency determined by a competent person. Certificates should be issued showing the results of the tests. The certificates shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable.
7 The nosings on all steps and landings shall be maintained so that they are clearly visible by painting them in contrasting colours or other similar means.
8 At all times when the premises are used for the purpose of the premises licence, the licence holder, manager or designated premises supervisor who is responsible for the management of the premises shall, whenever the occupancy is approaching 75% of the occupancy limit, be aware of the number of persons on the premises to ensure that overcrowding does not occur and shall if requested to do so give that information to an authorised person.
9 All doors or gates both inside and outside the premises which are on an escape route shall be fitted only with approved fasteners and shall at all times be properly maintained, free from obstruction and be capable of being opened easily and fully so that they do not restrict the public leaving the premises and shall open in the direction of the escape route. Doors which form part of the escape route and which open against the direction of travel, shall be locked in the open position by a tamper-proof fastening when ever there are public on the premises.
10 The sale of alcohol by retail will take place only to members of the Golf Club in accordance with the Club Rules promulgated by the Premises Licence Holder from time to time, guests as defined in accordance with those Club Rules and visitors to the Club. For the purposes of the above, "visitors" shall be invitees of the Premises Licence Holder whose presence at the Club is for a substantial purpose to which the purchase of or consumption of alcohol is ancillary, members or guests of recognised Golf Club, invitees of persons to whom the Premises Licence Holder has given permission to use the Club House for a specific private event, and invitees of the Premises Licence Holder where the Premises Licence Holder has advertised, whether formally or informally a specific event to which the invitees are invited.
There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
