Offered Conditions
1. A personal licence holder shall normally be on the premises at all times during which alcohol is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers
2. Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another responsible person will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises
3. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: - UK photo driving licence Passport PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
4. In the event of doorstaff being employed at the premises the designated premises supervisor will maintain a daily record comprising of the following: start time and finish time of each door supervisor. The door supervisor will record their SIA badge number and will sign and print their name in a legible form at the beginning and end of each tour of duty. The record shall be kept securely on the premises for at least 6 months and shall be produced on request to the police or other authorised person
5. Off sales shall cease at 23.00 hours
6. Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable
7. All doors or gates both inside and outside the premises which are on an escape route shall be fitted only with approved fasteners and shall at all times be properly maintained, free from obstruction and be capable of being opened easily and fully so that they do not restrict the public leaving the premises and shall open in the direction of the escape route. Doors which form part of the escape route and which open against the direction of travel, shall be locked in the open position by a tamper-proof fastening when ever there are public on the premises
8 When disabled persons are present on the premises there shall be in place arrangements for their safe evacuation in the case of an emergency or other reason. Details of those arrangements shall be recorded in writing and all staff employed on the premises shall be aware of those arrangements. All disabled persons on the premises shall be made aware of the evacuation arrangements
9. Two Gaming Machines in full view of the bar and one cigarette machine in full view of the bar - otherwise there will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children

All staff and management will be trained in the Licensing Act 2003, in particular the four licensing objectives b) to e) below.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
All members of staff concerned with the sale of alcohol to be trained with regard to the sale of alcohol and under 18s.
Active member of the local Pubwatch scheme.
Drugs aware policy in place.
c) Public safety
Daily safety audit to be carried out.
Fire extinguishers on the premises.
Fire exits clearly signed.
Smoke alarms/heat detectors.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
No close residential properties.
e) The protection of children from harm
All members of staff concerned with the sale of alcohol to be trained with regard to the sale of alcohol to under 18s.
Premises are a user of the "Prove It" Scheme.
Gaming machine(s) and/or cigarette machine is/are in full view of the bar.
