Offered Conditions
1 A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency
2 Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another personal licence holder will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises at such time as the designated premises supervisor is away and the details of such person will be on prominent display at the entrance or in the reception of the premises
3 Between 22.30 hours and 10.00 hours the following day, the outer entrance door of the premises will be locked and admission to the premises through the camera controlled buzzer system will operate. Only members with a valid membership card and bona fide guests who accompany them will be admitted
4 No customer will be permitted to leave the premises with any bottles or glasses
5 The CCTV system will be maintained and operated in compliance with the minimum requirements, expected of the Lancashire Constabulary and shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises
6 Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)
7 In the event of the screening of an international sporting event involving British or Republic of Ireland teams which falls outside the current permitted hours on the premises licence, to commence one hour before the start of the said event and ending one hour after the end of the event, the details to be notified to the police and the licensing authority at least 21 days beforehand, and not to proceed if the police object within 7 days of notification unless such objection is subsequently withdrawn. These events to be limited to no more than 15 occasions per calendar year
8 The match room will be locked when not in use
9. There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
Operating Schedule
a) General - all four licensing objectives (b,c,d,e)
We shall continue to adhere to all the current legislation affecting this operation, and will continue to train staff on an ongoing basis to the standards required.
The style and operation of the premises will not change during the extended hours, We will continue to observe all conditions on the existing licence(s) as varied by this licence.
The club will continue to operate under its club rules, which are generally standard throughout the Rileys estate. A set copy of typical Rileys club rules is attached for information purposes, but do NOT form part of this operating schedule.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
1) The existing CCTV system will continue to operate during the additional hours of trading.
2) All members of the club have a card with clear identification, including date of birth. These details are retained in our systems.
3) We will continue to have controlled access at the door, to ensure only members and guests are admitted.
4) We shall continue to carry out risk assessments relating to the prevention of crime and disorder, the banking of monies taken, and will continue to liase regularly with the police.
c) Public Safety

We will continue to carry out full risk assessments in respect of fire safety, health and safety, and will continue to upgrade these assessments on a twice yearly basis as currently. Our premises go through an audit process on a regular basis to check the validity of the assesssments.
d) The Prevention of public nuisance

We are committed to being an asset to the local community, and will regularly assess the operations impact on neighbours and the locality.
e) The protection of children from harm
We have junior memebership for persons under 18. The membership card is a different colour from others but our management staff are usually aware of their identity but can easily check them. They are kept away from the part of the bar that serves alcohol and are restricted usually to the snooker and pool area.
No unaccompanied children are allowed in the premises after 7.00pm
