Embedded Conditions
On New Year’s Eve alcohol may be sold from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day
An additional hour to the standard times on the day when British Summertime commences
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal
1) The supply of alcohol for consumption off the club premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises
2) Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container
That any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person
Non standard timings
On the Thursday immediately prior to Easter and the Sunday immediately prior to a Public Holiday and on Public Holidays the sale/supply of alcohol will be permitted for an additional half hour

1 No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises
2 All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency
3. There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
