  All individuals who carry out security activities must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)

  Mandatory conditions for Club Premises with off sales

  1)               The supply of alcohol for consumption off the club premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  2)               Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.

  3)               That any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person

  1        Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out to ensure that the premises are safe for use. Details of the inspection, defects discovered and remedial action taken shall be recorded in writing in a logbook kept for that purpose. That logbook shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable

  2        Fire alarm, emergency lighting system and electrical installations shall be tested on a regular basis, at a frequency determined by a competent person. Certificates should be issued showing the results of the tests. The certificates shall be made available for inspection on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, a Fire Officer or a Police Constable

  3        The nosings on all steps and landings shall be maintained so that they are clearly visible by painting them in contrasting colours or other similar means

  4        Any inward opening doors on the means of escape should be locked back in the open position when ever there are persons on the premises

  There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
