Embedded/Mandatory Conditions
On New Year’s Eve alcohol may be sold from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day
An additional hour to the standard times on the day when British Summertime commences
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal
1) The supply of alcohol for consumption off the club premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises
2) Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container
3) That any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person
Non standard timings
On New Year’s Eve regulated entertainment and the sale/supply of alcohol will be permitted until 02.00 hours the following day

There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children
Conditions attached after a hearing by the Licensing Authority
All qualifying club activities shall terminate at midnight, and all persons shall leave the premises by 00.30 hours.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency
The certificate holder or a nominated representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be kept of all these assessments, the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action, in a log book kept for that purpose
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by members and their guests notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly
Announcements shall be made in the premises requesting that all persons leave quietly and respect residential neighbours
