  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

  2              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence

  The prevention of crime and disorder & Public Safety

  To install and operate a CCTV which shall record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises and be of such quality that it can provide facial images of persons inside the venue. Install exterior lighting.

   

  The prevention of public nuisance

  The designated premises supervisor or a personal licence holder who is supervising the sale or supply of alcohol at that time shall not permit customers to congregate and consume alcohol sold or supplied by that premises in a public place within the immediate vicinity of the premises to the annoyance or obstruction of others and shall prevent the removal of alcohol if it is intended for such a purpose.

   

  The protection of children from harm

  Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 25 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18 years. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:-

   

                       Photo Driving Licence

                       Passport

                       PASS Card

   

  A "No ID - No Sale" signage will be displayed promoting the "Challenge 25" policy in store at point of entry, point of sale and repeater messages throughout the store.

   

  All staff will sucessfully complete written training in age related products prior to commencing employment, refresher training will also be successfully completed not more than every 3 months, this will be fully documented and be available for inspection to police officers or other authorised officers.

   

  All staff to utilise and fully record any refused sales or challenges made to patrons and such records to be kept in an appropriate book/binder and be made available on inspection to the police or other authorised officers.
