  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

  All individuals who carry out security activities must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)

• Non standard timings

   

  1        An additional hour to the standard times on the day when British Summertime commences

  2        On major sporting events or international events the permitted hours in respect of the sale/supply of alcohol and the hours that the premises are open to the public may be extended by one hour before the event is scheduled to start and one hour after the event ends. Such extra hours will be limited to 15 occasions per calendar year and will only occur when at least 10 days notice has been given to the police and the licensing authority and only if the police give their consent

  3        On the Sunday preceding a Public Holiday regulated entertainment and the sale/supply of alcohol will be permitted until 00.30 hours the following day and the premises may be open to the public until 01.00 hours the following day

  4.   When there is a pre-arranged junior game the premises may be open to the public from 09.00 hours

• Offered Conditions

   

  1        A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times during which intoxicating liquor is being sold or supplied to customers or consumed by customers, except in the case of an emergency

  2        Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises another personal licence holder will be nominated by the designated premises supervisor as being the responsible person to manage the premises and will have the contact details of the designated premises supervisor. The details of such person to be on prominent display outside the premises

  3        Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18.  The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence; Passport; PASS card (proof of age standards scheme)

  4        The provision of off-sales to terminate at 23.00 hours

  5        Any outside area, which is used for the consumption of alcohol, shall cease to be so used at 23.00 hours

  6.   There will be no adult entertainment services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children

  Operating Schedule

   

  General - all four licensing objectives

  All members of staff and management will be trained in relation to the four licensing objectives.

  The club is a members club only and will revoke membership should there be any flagrant and continuous breach of the four licensing objectives.

   

  The prevention of crime and disorder

   

  Public safety

   

  Annual risk assessments on fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire exits and fire fighting equipment.

   

  The prevention of public nuisance

   

  Any outside area which is used for consumption of alcohol shall cease to be so used at 23.00hrs.

  During any function with amplified music all doors and windows will be closed at 21.30hrs to prevent noise nuisance.

  Reasonable steps will be taken to encourage customers to leave the premises in an orderly and quiet fashion.

   

  The protection of children from harm

   

  No children are allowed in the bar area after 23.00hrs.

  There is a Child Protection Officer appointed as required by the ECB Regulations who is suitably qualified to identify any issue relating to children.
